WHAT IN THE WAFFLE?
Lydia Gwin gets right to the point when it comes to creating exciting and unusual waffles. This hands-on class will heat up the waffle maker to create fabulous falafel waffles with artichoke tzatziki and Mediterranean salsa, Nashville hot chicken with cornbread waffles topped with jalapeño-maple crema, tater tot waffles with prosciutto and crème fraîche caper sauce, plus dark chocolate waffles with berries and whipped cream.
