Sometimes, the best thing for dinner is breakfast, and Sunday night is the perfect time to get a head start to the week. This hands-on class will join Sheri Doe to create a Southwest cast iron frittata, Scotch eggs - hard boiled eggs wrapped in pork sausage fried to perfection in bread crumbs, tortilla patatas cooked in cast iron until golden brown, shakshuka -- a one-skillet dish of eggs baked in a tomato-red pepper sauce, plus crêpes filled with berries and topped with chantilly cream.
