This hands-on class will create light curry vegetable pasta with kale and sunflower seeds, deviled tater bites with tofu and turmeric maple-glazed chickpea bites, butternut squash and wild rice with sun-dried tomatoes, and Thai vegetable burgers with lentils and rolled oats seasoned with jalapeño and lime. #healthy
