Five Spice Blend
This Chinese Five-Spice Powder is made by the Saint Louis Herb Society out of toasted and ground Szechuan berries, fennel seed, cassia chunks, whole cloves, star anise, and black peppercorns. This aromatic seasoning can be used in Chinese or other Asian dishes, plus added to squash, baked goods, or oatmeal cookies. Net weight 1 ounce.
