Spend a satisfying evening in the kitchen with Jacob Couture to create an exciting meal starting with pan-fried halloumi served with a drizzle of garlic-infused honey and herbs. This hands-on class will learn to make bay scallop and corn chowder with leeks, whole grilled branzino stuffed with lemon and fresh herbs, grilled potato wedges served with garlicky lemon-dill mayo, plus strawberry galette.
