Spend the afternoon with the talented Joey Vitale, a skilled and ardent fan of sourdough bread, who learned his expertise at the San Francisco Baking Institute and spent time working in celebrated San Francisco bakeries. Join Joey in the kitchen for a hands-on class as he shares his own starter and how to use it to start the day making sourdough bagels and sourdough doughnuts. Each participant will take home sourdough starter. #weekday
