Learn to make potato gnocchi al forno - baked with fontina and porcini and cream, Lidia's ricotta gnocchi with Contessa parmesan-prosciutto cream sauce with basil and pignoli, butternut squash gnocchi with sage brown butter sauce, plus spinach gnocchi with Italian sausage and tomatoes.
