Join the ardent Jeff Young as he shares his enthusiasm for simple yet sophisticated Italian fare. This hands-on class will create roasted garlic and blistered cherry tomato bruschetta, shaved Brussels sprouts salad with roasted butternut squash topped with brown butter vinaigrette and pears, sausage and Calabrian chile agnolotti with parmesan and crisp prosciutto and kale, plus macerated strawberries with a sherry glaze served with zabaglione.
