Join us on the patio for a hands-on class creating spatchcocked grilled chicken with lemon-rosemary glaze, grilled pork loin with blueberry barbecue sauce, grilled flank steak-cucumber salad with Thai dressing, grilled halibut with watermelon-feta-mint salsa, and grilled zucchini-wrapped shrimp with lemon bagna cauda.
