Sommelier Kelcey Dale shares her vast knowledge of an exciting selection of Italian wines that will be paired with an array of dishes created by Mickey Kitterman. Enjoy torta salata - an Italian spinach-porcini-parmesan dish served with amatriciana sauce, roasted and pancetta-wrapped turkey breast stuffed with Italian sausage with roasted grape-chianti sauce, farro with apples and squash tossed with raisins and walnuts, plus chai-spiced poached pears with mascarpone.
