Sit back and enjoy the adventure, as she prepares pan-fried sweet potato cakes served with sour cream-chive sauce - a dish that she loved ordering from her favorite Tel-Aviv restaurant, crispy and juicy broiled salmon served atop white beans and eggplant caponata with olives and capers, plus delicate pavlova with fresh berries served with Orly's favorite Israeli green tea.
