The evening begins with a one-hour Bollywood dance lesson learning the top 10 Bollywood dance steps, including thumka, spinning hands, desi pendulum, and the amitabh walk. This hands-on class will join Lily in the kitchen to create Lily's husband's special Kerala-style shrimp curry with coconut milk and tamarind, palak paneer, daal makhan-less - a version without butter, puris - deep-fried flatbread, vegetable pulao, plus paan shots - a betel leaf milkshake with refreshing spices served in a small glass.
