No photos will be exchanged during this playful date night with chef Stephan Ledbetter, as he introduces gnocchi's spicy cousin, gnudi, made with homemade ricotta and horseradish. The evening begins with a one-hour Bollywood dance lesson learning the top 10 Bollywood dance steps, including thumka, spinning hands, desi pendulum, and the amitabh walk. This hands-on class will join Lily in the kitchen to celebrate Holi, the Indian Festival of Color, with crispy mixed vegetable pakora with coriander chutney, puri - fried flatbread, aloo dum - a potato curry dish, vegetable biryani, spinach raita, plus malupua - a traditional Holi dessert, and thandai - a must-have drink for the holi-day.
